Atlanta, GA — June 16, 2025
NPHub, the nation’s leading platform for nurse practitioner clinical placements, is proud to announce a new partnership with Kentucky State University (KYSU) — a respected historically black college and university (HBCU) — to support and empower its nurse practitioner (NP) students through access to quality preceptors and clinical placements.
This partnership is designed to help KYSU’s NP students secure the hands-on experience they need to graduate on time and confidently enter the healthcare workforce. Through this collaboration, NPHub will assist KYSU’s nursing program by removing barriers to placement, streamlining the clinical experience process, and connecting students with top-tier preceptors who are passionate about mentorship and shaping the next generation of advanced practice nurses.
"We’re incredibly honored to work with Kentucky State University," said Krish Chopra, Founder and CEO of NPHub. "As an HBCU, KYSU plays a vital role in expanding access to education and healthcare leadership for students of color. By helping their NP students navigate and secure clinical rotations, we’re not just addressing logistical challenges — we’re investing in the future of equitable healthcare."
Founded in 2017, NPHub has placed over 10,000 nurse practitioner students into clinical rotations across the United States. The platform is designed to simplify the placement process and ensure that every student, regardless of background, receives the practical training necessary to thrive in their careers.
This partnership aligns with NPHub’s ongoing mission to create greater accessibility, opportunity, and support for all NP students — especially those at institutions that have historically been underserved in the clinical education space.
Together, NPHub and KYSU aim to elevate the student experience by ensuring that every nurse practitioner student receives the training, guidance, and mentorship they need to succeed.
