Preceptor Forms:

Ensuring required information is collected and submitted. We have the forms from all the NP programs we previously worked with. If your school is not listed, don’t worry! Our team will get the right paperwork arranged.

Affiliation Agreements:

For schools that require them, we handle the agreements with clinics and preceptors.

Preceptor Site Information:

For schools without affiliation agreements, we send all the critical details from the preceptor and site directly to the school.
