What happens if my preceptor becomes unavailable or my school doesn't approve the placement?

If your confirmed preceptor becomes unavailable, or your school declines the clinical site for reasons that were not disclosed to you, NPHub finds you a new match through its Full Replacement Promise. You do not have to restart your search on your own. This is one of three protections in NPHub's Perfect Preceptor Promise, so unexpected changes are handled by the placement team while you stay focused on your studies. If you would rather take a refund than a replacement in these cases, that option is available too.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my rotation?

Yes, refunds follow clear terms based on timing. Your deposit is refundable if you opt out within 5 days and before your preceptor has accepted, or if your chosen preceptor does not accept the request or complete the paperwork within 10 business days; once the preceptor accepts and the paperwork is done, the deposit is non-refundable. After full payment, if you cancel more than 60 days before your start date you receive 50% of your paid balance back, less the deposit, and cancellations at 60 days or fewer are not eligible for a refund.
