NPHub is entering a new phase of scale – and we’re hiring a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our transformation from a high performing B2C marketplace into a scalable B2B revenue engine, starting with university partnerships for clinical placements.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven CRO to build and scale our B2B revenue engine. In this role, you’ll start as a player-coach leading from the front, proving the model with early deals, and then building the revenue team around a validated strategy.
Your mandates:
- Own and operationalize the B2B sales engine of NPHub. This includes defining and proving the B2B model for NP and PA programs before scaling.
- Develop a product offering incorporating all of NPHub’s product lines, for universities. For universities, this includes selling multi-year clinical placement partnerships that bundle placement network, product, and integrated product hiring solutions via NPHire.
- Drive consistent, scalable revenue across all product lines.
What Are The Daily Responsibilities?
• Revenue Growth & Execution
- Translate our high-growth B2C placement engine into scalable B2B offerings for universities and institutions.
- Own the revenue plan and deliver against aggressive growth targets
- Build the sales process, pipeline, and playbook from the ground up
- Execute early-stage sales personally to validate the model (player-coach phase)
- Expand into new verticals (e.g., PA placements, hospital systems, employer networks)
• Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Hire, lead, and scale a high-performing B2B sales organization
- Establish a clear sales methodology and drive consistent execution
- Implement scalable tools, processes, and reporting for visibility and performance
- Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and high-performance execution.
• Strategic Partnerships & Expansion
- Close university partnerships for NP and PA clinical placements
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise healthcare employers via NPHire
- Represent NPHub externally and contribute to strategic growth planning internally
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product to align roadmap priorities with customer and market demand (i.e., build internal and external tools to support a repeatable university sales motion)
- Partner with Marketing on top-of-funnel strategy and messaging.
- Work with Customer Success to ensure handoff, retention, and upsell pathways are clear and optimized.
- Contribute to the strategic vision with the entire executive team.
- Drive commercial alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a unified go-to-market strategy and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

- Quarterly new revenue and ARR growth
- University partnerships closed (NP + PA programs)
- Qualified pipeline coverage ratio (4x target)
- Sales cycle duration and new wins by segment
- Forecast accuracy (weekly/quarterly)
- Ramp speed and productivity of new sales hires
- Revenue contribution by vertical (NP, PA)
- Partner retention/expansion
Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years in senior revenue or sales leadership, ideally in healthcare, edtech, or workforce solutions
- Proven success in building B2B GTM strategy from zero to scale
- Track record of closing complex enterprise deals with universities, hospitals, and healthcare employers
- Experience leading teams in high-growth, experimentation-rich environment
- Strong operator who can shift from strategy to execution seamlessly
- Entrepreneurial mindset — dynamic, driven, and comfortable challenging the status quo
- Willing to travel up to 33% to support key relationships and deals
