Student Coordinator Floater

The goal of this position is to make sure our students (the customer) feel taken care of and have personal communication.The primary responsibility of a Student Coordinator Floater (SCF) at NPHub is similar to the role of a Customer Success Manager/Account Manager.

Each SCF manages the completion/success of their Student’s clinical rotation request journey from beginning to end - from the initial rotation booking, to ensuring that their request is accepted and completes any university required paperwork in a timely manner, and ensures thatstudents have an overall great experience with NPHub.

SCFs are the backbone position of our organization and without them, our students would not be able to graduate on time!

Every SCF has a designated regional territory within the company, where they have the opportunity to manage an average of 100-120 new student rotation requests per semester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workflow management
  • Data entry and management of client information through Pipedrive CRM
  • Manage student and preceptor (client) relationships and expectations through:
    • Providing fast communication to all incoming students and/or preceptor interactions
    • Communicate with students and preceptors on social media, via avochato, email, phone calls, and chat box functions
    • Assisting students with making sure all paperwork and preceptor credentials are completed and submitted to their university
    • Supporting students with any challenges along the way
    • Inviting students to return for additional clinical rotations
    • Ensure that student is able to start and complete their request rotation
    • Engaging with Preceptors to ensure the success of clinical rotation completion
  • Provide the highest level of customer service and interaction to any and all committed clients by:
    • Responding to students within 2 hours during operational hours
    • Being the first point of contact for paying students
    • Helping student remediate failed clinical rotations and/or offering solutions
  • Driving Returning Students and 5-star customer service reviews
  • Identify areas of opportunities to improve student onboarding process and SCF’s overall workflow
  • In a reasonable manner complete all tasks that are outlined by clients or company
  • Learn the nuances of NP student education and internal company service offerings
  • Assist team members in reconciling accounts to ensure a smooth cash flow
  • Help create, develop, and execute on growth initiatives
  • Manage phone call and text message engagement
